Personalization Policy

Personalized orders require 3–5 business days for processing.

To create the most polished finished look, thread color is selected by our team. All personalization is embroidered in our standard block font. 

Please review all spelling carefully before submitting your order.

By placing a personalized order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

♡ Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

♡ A replacement will only be offered if we make a spelling error.

♡ Due to the plush nature of faux-fur fabrics, the embroidery may be partially concealed by the fabric’s texture or pile. Visibility may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

♡ Longer names will be embroidered in smaller lettering, while shorter names will appear larger.
